If your order arrives and you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will work with you to make sure you are completely satisfied.
We offer refunds and exchanges however due to hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds and exchanges on food items and perishables. Health, beauty and grooming items. Inner clothing and hair accessories. We also do not offer refunds on any items which have been personalised.

Ensure items are returned unused and in the original packaging, including all tags, labels and complimentary gifts included with purchase.
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. It is also the customer's responsibility to pay the return costs. When returning an item we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
